We make great effort to insure Customer Satisfaction.

It is our desire to establish long-lasting and positive relationships with our Customers and to be your First Choice supplier for all your Web Design purchases.

We encourage you to contact us if you have questions, or if you are unable to locate a specific item that you want. We have hundreds of products available -- and it is possible that the item you want has not yet been added to our online catalog.

What is a Web Design To Go? A Web Design To Go means that you purchase one of our Web Designs for your Web site and you can take it with you wherever you go! You do not have to show our name on your Web site and you do not have to link back to us. You do not need to pay us a monthly or annual fee, and you do not have to host your Web site with us or buy any other service from us.

Some companies sell Web Designs and require you to use their Web Hosting Company, or use their software located on their machines, or their services to manage your Web site. If you stop doing business with that company you could lose your Web site. We are not one of those companies! When you purchase a Web Design from us, it's yours! No one will take it away from you or deny you the right to use it wherever you want to use it!

All of our Web Designs are built to strict quality standards and you can be sure that they will operate just fine on any industry compliant Web Server. This

If you purchase one of our Web Designs, you can do with it whatever you want to do with it (as long as it's lawful), than claim that you created design, or that you have an exclusive right to it.

If you want your Web Design to be available on the Internet you will either need a Web Server, or to make arrangements with a Web Hosting Company to host your Web site. You do not need to host your Web site with us. If you can find free or cheap Web hosting and it meets your needs, by all means, take advantage of it!

Secure Shopping: Online credit card purchases are processed on a Certified Secure Server using PayPal payment processing. We never see your credit card or personal information.

Shipping and Delivery: Our policy is to ship the same day payment has been received when possible.

Some of our products are downloadable after verification of your purchase. This normally will never take longer than 24 hours, from the time of your purchase, and usually, it is within minutes or hours that you can download the product. There is no shipping or handling charge for downloadable products.

Our Ready To Go Web Designs normally ship within 5 to 7 business days after we receive verified payment and received your content to use in personalizing the design for you. This is because it takes us time to personalize and customize the graphics, photos, add your content and make the product \"Web Ready\" for you. If you order several additional pages or your job is unusually complex it could take longer than 7 days, but we will always advise you how long it will take if we can not meet our 7 (seven) day deadlines for having the product ready for you.

In some instances, our Ready To Go Web Designs will be available for delivery the next day. If, for some reason, you cannot accept next day delivery, please advise us prior to making your purchase.

After we recieve your order for our Ready To Go Web Designs one of our Professional Web Designers will contact you to obtain your text, content, images, photos or other items you want included on your Web Design. Normally, you will mail, email or fax your content to us. You will always have live Customer Support available to you by telephone to insure that your order meets your specifications.

Some of our more complex Custom Web Designs or special Software projects (products other than the Ready To Go Web Designs) will naturally take longer than 7 (seven days) to deliver. In those situations the customer will always have an agreement in writing that states how long the job will take, or how long the job is anticipated to take.

If you have any questions prior to making your purchase we encourage you to contact us by telephone or by using our contact form on this Web site. Most of the time, we can reply or respond to your request more efficiently and faster if you use the contact form for questions or for support.

Our products that are sold on CD or DVD are shipped by first class mail or UPS Ground Delivery, or by Fed EX, which ever is cheapest and fastest. If you have a problem with one of our CD's or DVD's simply mail it back to us, tell us what's wrong with the CD, and we will send you a replacement CD. Our normal shipping and handling charges for delivery in the United Sates is $6.00

Due to delays that we can not control, (such as pick-ups, deliveries, holidays, acts of terror, natural disasters, etceteras) some orders can not be shipped the same day or we can not meet our timeline to have your product ready for delivery. If you need a guaranteed delivery date and time and are willing to pay additional charges, please contact us prior to placing your order - to verify that we can accommodate your need.

All orders are delivered after Dallas Bowman Media Group has received payment.

Sales Tax (if applicable) will be calculated for your approval prior to submitting your final order.

Product Warranties and Guarantees: All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and that you will be satisfied with the product that you purchase from us. If there is a problem or you are not satisfied with our work we will do our best to correct the problem and provide you with a different product of the same or equal value. We cannot offer cash refunds of products but we will offer to replace the product.

Dallas Bowman Media Group carries only the best top quality products either that we have created ourselves, or obtained from reliable and trusted sources -- and all of our products come with a Satisfaction Guaranteed replacement warranty and agree to promptly replace or repair any product that is damaged or defective.

If you are not satisfied with the contents on the CD, then, send the CD back to us and tell us which product that you would like to choose from our selection of products (of an equal value) and we will send you the other product.

We cannot guarantee or make warranty that any of our products may or may not be suitable for your specific use, or produce any specific result, good or bad. Only you can decide if our products are suitable for you and whether or not they produce your desired results. That means, that if you purchase our products we cannot accept liability if they solve a problem or create a problem. In no event can we or will we accept liability for any more than the purchase price that you paid for the product, regardless of the reason.

DALLAS BOWMAN MEDIA GROUP ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL OR PHYSICAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT COULD OCCUR FROM THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM DALLAS BOWMAN MEDIA GROUP'S WEB DESIGN STORE AND CUSTOMER (THAT MEANS YOU) AGREE TO RELEASE DALLAS BOWMAN MEDIA GROUP FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM DALLAS BOWMAN / DALLAS BOWMAN MEDIA GROUP.
